Is it a single and exclusive product to drink at high temperatures? We banish myth and we tell you the truths and lies about ice cream in the diet of children.

The industrial ice creams They are usually made with water and sugar, artificial colors and flavors, and may sometimes contain fruit juices or nectars. In addition, they contain sugars (or artificial sweeteners), flavorings and, depending on the flavor, they may contain additional ingredients such as cocoa or nuts.

If it is chocolate, we will probably have to add powdered milk to the cream, since the texture of the cream with cocoa is too liquid to make ice cream.
